Avoid Burnout
Many people experience burnout at some point in their lives. Business owners and the self-employed are even more likely to fall prey to burnout because the buck stops with them. Having a small business is a dream for many, and Starting a small business can be one of the most rewarding experiences of a lifetime. To avoid burnout and enjoy the journey – and the rewards – more, follow these tips:

Make sure your goals are realistic:
Before you delve too deeply into your business blog, do some research and ask questions from those who know because they’ve been through the process you’re considering undertaking. How long did it take them to reach their goals? What was the process they went through? Make sure that your goals are in line with the current realities of the Internet as well as your available time, resources, and talents.
Avoid Burnout
Get Organized:
One thing that tends to overwhelm small business owners is that there is always so much to do. The feeling that you’ll never get everything done can feel like a limitless inbox. Getting organized is one way to minimize stress and prevent burn out. Organizing your office helps. This means eliminating papers you no longer need, de-cluttering your desk and also creating a spreadsheet of what needs to get done and when. Prioritizing what you need to get done daily, weekly, monthly and yearly is a great way to put your goals in perspective.
Avoid Burnout
Establish realistic expectations for what you can and cannot accomplish:
If you find that you’re driving yourself or your employees too hard it may be time to let go of unrealistic expectations and readjust. Shorten your to-do list, give yourself some slack when needed and know when to let up on yourself and others.
Avoid Burnout
Manage the clock:
A lack of time management skills can seriously contribute to burnout.  If you’re not managing your time well, deadlines creep up faster, you find yourself rushing everywhere, and you might end up dealing with the added stress of letting people down by not being able to follow through as you promise.  There are a lot of online tools to help you manage your time, and technology can make a big difference in this area.

The ability of iOS 5′s Notification Centre is to use launchers to quickly start an app without digging through multiple, crowded home screens. It makes it much easier to tweet something first. you can use the Notification center to quickly access certain apps, which allows you to always know what’s up and what went down by displaying emails, texts, calendar events, app notifications, breaking news, latest scores and whatever else may tickle your fancy. It is a gorgeous app for launching shortcuts and URL actions on the iPhone. With iOS 5, Apple did something to make sense of the barrage of notifications coming in to the typical iPhone with Notification Center. Notification Center is also Apple's first, tiny foray into the world of ambient information, with weather and stock widgets built-in.

Waterfox
Considering most people have decent amounts of RAM these days and also considering that Win7 Home Premium 64bit is the one you see on most pre-configured laptops and desktops these days. 64-bit is the future of computing – and one obvious benefit of running a 64-bit version of Windows is the fact it allows you to access more than 3.5GB of RAM, helping speed up your computer. Users of 64-bit machines also have another option, that's Waterfox, a version of Firefox that's optimized for speed on 64-bit systems. Users on older systems will find that the 64-bit browser loads faster and is much more responsive than 32-bit Firefox. Waterfox allows users to enjoy their systems' full potential. Users of Waterfox must have Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) installed. Waterfox should load faster than Firefox and it should also handle tabs smoothly.

Waterfox 9.0 includes these fixes/changes:

-Added Type Inference, significantly improving JavaScript performance
-Added support for querying Do Not Track status via JavaScript
-Added support for font-stretch
-Improved support for text-overflow
-Improved standards support for HTML5, MathML, and CSS
-Fixed several stability issues

Memo
The default sticky notes app for OS X is great, but you can't use it for any type of confidential information you might want to keep at the ready. Memo is a simple stickers application that let you store your notes with password. It also claims to sync with iCloud, and lets you separate which memos to sync and which not to. You can set you memos to autolock after one minute or lock them manually. You can also set one password for each individual note. You can download it freely in the Mac App Store.
